Strategy is key for long-term success. Does your current strategy reflects market conditions? Does it meet your and your shareholders' goals? Azimutus assists the management boards and shareholders in developing strategies. One of the approaches is to organize workshops with client's top management.

First, the client defines targets for years to come. These can include growth of sales, doubling of incomes, international expansions or market leadership. Azimutus actively helps the management in defining these targets providing market research and analytical support.

Next, through series of workshops, the management jointly with Azimutus works on generating strategic options allowing the company to meet its targets. Azimutus role consists of structuring the approach, generating additional options and moderating workshops.

Options are later analyzed against the initial targets. A scoring model is used to assess and rank the most promising ones. The last stage includes definition of implementation paths and schedules, leaving the client with tangible input for implementation.
